  languages are welcome! At Odoo\, we value your skills\, more than your re
 sume. Here's what we expect from you: You'll never get bored! Must have Us
 e real-time or dynamic data sources\, and avoid relying on static JSON unl
 ess it’s for initial prototyping. Create a responsive and clean UI (Cons
 istent color scheme and layout). Validate user input robustly. Use intuiti
 ve navigation with proper menu placement and spacing. Use version control 
 (Git) properly\; one member managing the repo is not enough. Nice to have 
 Ability to design backend APIs\, model data\, and set up a local database.
  Understand AI/code snippets thoroughly before using them\; don't blindly 
 copy-paste without adapting them to your project. Plan for offline or loca
