Join us for Odoo Hackathon 2026, a 24-hour coding marathon where surprise problem statements will assess your coding skills! 

Whether you are a student, a fresher, or a coding enthusiast, this hackathon is designed to test your creativity, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork. 

Eligibility:

  • Open for all tech students, freshers, and coding enthusiasts (Age: 18+) 
  • No prior experience required – just your passion for coding! 
  • Teams of up to 4 members are allowed; Team members can be from different colleges/ institutes. Cross-institutional teams are allowed.
  • All programming languages are welcome

Must have


  • Use real-time or dynamic data sources, and avoid relying on static JSON unless it’s for initial prototyping.
  • Create a responsive and clean UI (Consistent color scheme and layout).
  • Validate user input robustly.
  • Use intuitive navigation with proper menu placement and spacing.
  • Use version control (Git) properly; one member managing the repo is not enough.

Nice to have


  • Ability to design backend APIs, model data, and set up a local database.
  • Understand AI/code snippets thoroughly before using them; don't blindly copy-paste without adapting them to your project.
  • Plan for offline or local solutions and don’t rely entirely on internet connectivity or cloud-based tools.
  • Use trendy technologies only if they add real value to your project.

🏆 Winner: ₹1,70,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate 

🥈First Runner-up: ₹1,30,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate 

🥉Second Runner-up: ₹1,00,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🥈Third Runner-up: ₹60,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate 

🥉Fourth Runner-up: ₹40,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🎖️Exceptional hackathon performers may be offered a CTC of up to 08 LPA for fresher roles (subject to eligibility) irrespective of their win. Candidates with prior experience may be offered a higher CTC based on company policy. Also, apart from excellent developers we are looking for passionate Web Designers! 

📜Final round participants - Teams participating in the final round will receive a Participation Certificates.

Registration Deadline
  • Registration is Free & Mandatory. 
  • Only the team leader needs to register for the whole team. and team members need to login and accept the hackathon invite. 
  • Click the Register button. Select a single ticket to register one team. 
  • Fill up your / your teammates details in the registration form and submit. [Min. 01 & Max. 04 members are allowed per team]. 
  • Only team leader will receive digital ticket via email.
  • Team members need to login and follow the guidelines provided in registration guideline document
  • Team leader will receive necessary instructions via email after registration deadline. 
  • No TA/DA or any other allowances will be provided to participants under any circumstances for the hackathon finale.
12 July 2026
Virtual Round (8 Hrs)
  • Ensure to check your (team leader's) emails regularly for virtual round updates. 
  • Get ready for 8 hrs of coding challenge (9 am to 5 pm). Ensure to read & follow all instructions provided in emails. 
  • Only team leader shall be able to choose and update their chosen problem statement. 
31 July 2026
Result: Virtual Round
  • List of Top teams will be announced on the same registration page by 8 pm. 
 5 - 6 September 2026
Final Round (24 Hrs)
  • Top teams need to bring their laptops for the final 24 hrs of coding marathon! 
  • Surprise problem statements (different than virtual round) will be declared at 9 am. 


Terms & Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.

Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.

Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.

Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.

The jury's decision shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. No appeals, disputes, or reconsideration will be entertained under any circumstances.
