About Challenge

Join us for this 08 hours Event
The Odoo X Chitkara University Business Challenge 2026 is an individual level competition for
management students and related field student for MBA/ PGDM

and Btech /BE last year students.

This competition designed to test business acumen and problem-solving skills. Participants will engage in real-world business scenarios, leveraging Odoo's suite of applications to devise innovative solutions.

Employment & prizes await the winners!  

🏆 Winner: ₹40,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🥈 1st Runner-up: ₹30,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🥉 2nd Runner-up: ₹15,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🎖️ 4th Position: ₹10,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

🎗️ 5th Position: ₹5,000/- + Odoo Goodies + Certificate

📜Final round participants - Participants who take part in the final round will receive a Participation Certificate.

  • Aspiring Business Professionals: Looking to test and enhance their skills in a competitive environment.

Registration Deadline
  • Registration is Free & Mandatory
  • Every participant must register individually 
  • Registered participants will receive necessary instructions/ results via email after registration deadline
  • No TA/DA or any other allowances will be provided to participants under any circumstances.

Round 1 Task  Announcement & Mentor Allotment  
  • Attend a virtual meeting with the allotted mentor between 4–6 Feb 2026 to receive your task and submission guidelines.
15 Feb 2026
Round 1 Task Submission   
  • Submit your completed task with a screen-recording drive link (set to open access) or an unlisted YouTube video.
20 Feb 2026
Round 1 Results
  • Round 1 Results will be announced on 20 Feb 2026.
  • Shortlisted participants must be present on-site at the Chitkara University campus on 14 March 2026 (Day of the event).

Final round

  • What happens in the Final round? 
  • Bring your laptops and creativity, a surprise business use case will be shared
  • Participants must analyze, build, and solve the case using Odoo by developing a structured Odoo-powered business solution
  • Receive feedback from expert odoo reviewers
  • By the end of the day, selected participants will make public presentations of their solutions
  • Top performers will be offered employment opportunities based on their performance and eligibility.

Terms & Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.

Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.

Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.

Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.

The jury's decision shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. No appeals, disputes, or reconsideration will be entertained under any circumstances.
