📜Final round participants - Participants who take part in the final round will receive a Participation Certificate.
🎖️Exceptional performers may be offered a CTC of up to 05 LPA for fresher roles (subject to eligibility) in the Sales or Business Support departments, irrespective of competition outcomes. Candidates with prior experience may be offered a higher CTC in accordance with company policy.

Not at all. Everything you need to solve the challenge will be taught to you in the morning training session. Zero prior experience is required.
No. This is a strictly individual competition. No teams or pairs are allowed at any stage.
Bring your college ID card for registration verification, a laptop and Charger.
You'll receive a surprise business use case and work on it independently for 2 hours. During this time, Odoo reviewers will come to you personally and ask you questions about your approach. This is not just evaluation - it's also your opportunity to demonstrate your thinking in real time.
After the challenge round, Odoo's evaluation panel reviews all submissions and selects the top performers based on the quality of their solution and their interactions with reviewers during the challenge.
No. While cash prizes go to the top 3, Odoo's hiring team observes every participant throughout the day. Internship and employment opportunities can be extended to anyone who impresses the team — regardless of their final ranking. You don't need to win to get a job opportunity.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request.
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the Business Challenge and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant.
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification.
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project.
The jury's decision shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable. No appeals, disputes, or reconsideration will be entertained under any circumstances.
